<lj:music>The Buffy Theme by Nerf Herder</lj:music>

Today is the 10th Anniversary of the first ever aired episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

That's right, Buffy has been making the airwaves that much sweeter for a DECADE.
Bite it, 7th Heaven.
Now, if you've never seen Buffy, I advise you to go watch it right now. If you HAVE seen it, and don't like it, just stop living. Thanks so much. Buffy the Vampire Slayer is THE best show ever, and Joss Whedon is a friggin' genius. So there.

Long live BtVS.

<lj:music>Train In Vain by The Clash</lj:music>

I'm sick of people who refer to themselves in the third person. It's not really funny or cute unless the right person does it. Which they never do. It's always the obnoxious one who needs attention like the rest of us need air. So I'm just going to say this:
doppleganger666 is annoyed.
Very annoyed.
doppleganger666 believes that referring to yourself in the third person is a really weird and pathetic way of projecting your feelings, and if you don't have enough courage to say what's on your mind as you, then you really shouldn't talk at all.
So... I'M going to go watch TV now. Me. No one else. Comprende?

No one really wants to hear this, but I don't really care. I have bad habits. Many, many bad habits. I'm going to focus on the ones that have to do with televison. Er.. the main ones, anyway.

1. When I like a show, I don't just like it. I become OBSESSED with it. This is mostly because I have no life. No, seriously. I know everyone says that. This time it's true.

2. When I miss a new episode, I get upset. Like, really upset. As in "this has ruined my whole week" upset. Again with the no life thing.

3. I frequently go randomly throughout the day "(Insert TV show here) is on tonight! Yay!" No matter how many times people tell me to shut up, it just doesn't seem to get old.

4. Since I am constantly searching for new shows to watch, in an attempt to fulfill my sad, pathetic empty life, I often become obsessed with shows that have already been cancelled. Which just makes me depressed when I finish the episodes, and there's no new ones.

5. TV is the highlight of my week. Enough said.

I'm going to leave you with a very wise quote from Radio Free Roscoe. (Cancelled, of course.)

"A nickname is like a present a friend gives to another friend." - Robbie

"Yeah, like mono." - Lily

Amen to that, my friends.
Amen.

    <lj:music>Hellogoodbye: Here (In Your Arms)</lj:music>

So tomorrow we finally find out what happened to Patsy on Instant Star. I know she's probably dead. But I'm hoping for the best.

Oh, she's totally dead.

Which sucks. Because I love Patsy. She's like, one of my favorite characters. i love how she brushes her teeth in her car, and how she can't fall asleep without her seatbelt on. And her song last week was BEAUTIFUL. We love you, Pats.

In other news... HAHAHAHAHA I WAS RIGHT IT WAS TOTALLY TIM FOYLE. I KNEW it. KNEW IT. I KNEW he killed the Dean. You don't watch Veronica Mars for 2 years and not know. I mean, come on. It obviously wasn't going to be the most suspected person. It never is on VM, is it? Excpet for that whole Mercer thing. But hey, he got stabbed in the leg with a unicorn. So it all worked out in end. And oh, hello, I loved Lamb, but Shriff Mars? I love that. He looks so cute in his little uniform. Like a little bald kid trying to play dress up. Yeah..

As if the Pussycat Dolls hadn't ruined my life enough with "Don't Cha", they have to kick my second favorite show ever out of it's timeslot until MAY. WTF. They already have like, 12 members. WHY do they need another one? I swear, if VM gets cancelled because of these.... Hopping...slutty....button wearing....over popular...crapheads (that's right, crapheads. What are you gonna do about it?), I'll scream. And possibly commit arson. The only thing keeping me alive right now is Instant Star. Which is ironic, considering they just (probably) killed someone off.
